Job Duties

  • Lead by example by guiding kitchen staff during AM and PM service shifts, ensuring exceptional food quality and efficiency
  • Inspire and develop kitchen team members through training, mentoring, and fostering a positive professional environment
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to innovate and develop new menu items and seasonal features
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and safety standards to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and equipment maintenance to optimize kitchen operations
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth kitchen and dining room operations
  • Support the Executive Chef in daily operational management and quality control
