Job Requirements
- associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent hands-on experience
- minimum 2 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- experience in catering and high-volume, complex foodservice operations
- knowledge of culinary trends, scratch cooking, batch production, food cost controls, and presentation standards
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet tools
- ServSafe certification preferred
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to commit to client satisfaction and continuous improvement

Job Duties
- support the Executive Chef in managing food and labor costs while maintaining high operational standards
- assist in planning and developing seasonal and client-specific menus
- lead the preparation and execution of high-end catering events, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary innovation teams
- supervise and train hourly kitchen staff, fostering a positive, productive work environment
- uphold all sanitation, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
