- Minimum three years of professional culinary experience
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule

Job Duties
- Assist with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and scratch-made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
- Assist in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares, equipment and supplies
- Assist in organizing the kitchen and scheduling kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation areas in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
- Ensure excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times
- Collaborate with culinary team to design menus for multiple dining venues
