Job Duties

Lead daily kitchen operations under guidance from the Executive Chef
Mentor and develop the culinary team
Prepare a variety of dishes from artisanal to large-scale productions
Follow complex recipes and contribute to menu planning
Ensure safe food handling and quality standards
Promote continuous improvement and innovation
Deliver high-quality customer service and enhance resident satisfaction
