Job Requirements
- degree from an accredited culinary school preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private household settings
- strong understanding of organic, farm-to-table, and health-conscious cooking
- proven ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- polished, calm, and discreet demeanor
- U.S. passport and valid driver's license required
- must be able to lift 50 lbs
- local to the Scottsdale area is strongly desired
- candidates with ties to the area will be considered on a case by case basis

Job Duties
- support daily menu planning and meal execution aligned with principals' preferences and dietary needs
- prepare healthy, seasonal cuisine with an emphasis on organic and locally sourced ingredients
- maintain exceptional kitchen organization, hygiene, and food safety standards
- assist with event preparation, table presentation, and coordination of special requests
- source specialty products, manage inventory, and reduce waste
- travel as needed to provide seamless culinary service at additional properties
