- Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals
- Ensure high-quality and great-tasting food preparation
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through excellent team member and guest experiences
- Support menu execution with excellence in the restaurant
- Manage quality control in all job aspects
- Develop and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and skills
