  • Proven ability to develop team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes contributing to great execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals
  • Ensure high-quality and great-tasting food preparation
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through excellent team member and guest experiences
  • Support menu execution with excellence in the restaurant
  • Manage quality control in all job aspects
  • Develop and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and skills
