- 1-3 years high volume upscale Chef or Sous Chef experience with progressive growth
- high energy and self-motivation
- polished and professional presentation
- strong leadership with ability to motivate and coach
- detail oriented with high service and operational standards
- strong kitchen management experience
- proficiency with MS Office suite
- strong written and oral communication
