Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
excellent leadership and communication skills
strong understanding of kitchen procedures and safety standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
culinary degree or equivalent experience
knowledge of food cost management
menu planning experience

Job Duties

managing the kitchen to maintain a smooth running kitchen
ensure dishes meet company standard
