Job Duties
- overseeing culinary operations and ensuring adherence to company quality standards and food regulations
- supervising kitchen staff and providing leadership and coaching
- managing ordering and inventory to maintain all par levels
- ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and portion control of all foods
- maintaining equipment and facilities in good working order
- collaborating with other chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- assisting in menu planning and supporting corporate programs
