Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Estimate food consumption to purchase appropriate ingredients
- provide recipe standards for each meal

- ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in kitchen areas
- maintain regular cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment
- provide safety-related training and ensure compliance with safety programs
