Job Requirements

Thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations encompassing food and beverage and banquet service techniques
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing
Ability to create and promote a positive working environment
Ability to work under pressure and perform well under stressful situations
Food Handler certification
TIPS certification
Minimum of 3 years food and beverage experience
Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
Little to no travel required outside the property and surrounding area

Job Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food and beverage, restaurant and banquet service techniques

Job Duties

Assist in planning and executing all food and beverage functions
Implement effective controls over food, beverage, and labor costs
Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
Ensure safety of team members and cleanliness of facility and equipment
Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly inventories
Ensure proper staffing, cleanliness, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance in the kitchen
Maintain customer service standards with a focus on guest care
