Job Requirements
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations encompassing food and beverage and banquet service techniques
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing
- Ability to create and promote a positive working environment
- Ability to work under pressure and perform well under stressful situations
- Food Handler certification
- TIPS certification
- Minimum of 3 years food and beverage experience
- Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
- Little to no travel required outside the property and surrounding area
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and executing all food and beverage functions
- Implement effective controls over food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure safety of team members and cleanliness of facility and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly inventories
- Ensure proper staffing, cleanliness, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance in the kitchen
- Maintain customer service standards with a focus on guest care
