Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in high-volume cooking and managing kitchen staff
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Must comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to supervise, train, and manage hourly associates
- Good communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally
Job Qualifications

- Prior high-volume cooking experience
- Experience in managing and supervising kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews
- Stores food properly following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils and cleans workstations thoroughly
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and communicates information to supervisors
- Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and explains them accurately
- Keeps up with peak production and service hours
- Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, tracks production, consumption, and waste
- Performs other duties as assigned
