Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
  • five to seven years cooking experience in high-volume kitchens
  • food manager's certification
  • ability to pass a full background check
  • strong communication skills
  • punctual and professional
  • capable of multitasking
  • computer literacy preferred

Job Qualifications

  • two years of leadership experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • five to seven years working in high-volume kitchens
  • experience with new store openings
  • skilled in training staff and implementing procedures
  • knowledge of inventory, food cost, labor cost, and scheduling
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • computer literacy including Word, Excel, Aloha POS, and Hotschedules
  • food manager's certification
  • ability to multitask with a positive attitude
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • assist in managing kitchen operations
  • support food quality and consistency
  • oversee training and development of kitchen staff
  • implement policies and procedures
  • manage inventory and food cost control
  • monitor labor costs and scheduling
  • participate in opening and closing restaurant procedures
