Job Requirements

- over 2 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume full service restaurant
- basic financial literacy
- strong leadership abilities
- ability to perform under pressure
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- runs high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation
- collaborates with BOH and FOH teams to maintain standards and safety
- hires and develops back of house employees
- manages employee schedules and payroll
- partners with executive chef to manage P&L, food cost, labor, and inventory
- communicates consistently with FOH team to ensure guideline adherence
