Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and scratch cooking methods
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations
