Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of culinary experience in a restaurant or hotel
- proven leadership abilities
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong organizational skills
