Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of culinary experience in a restaurant or hotel
  • proven leadership abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications
