Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a sous chef or similar supervisory role in a kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to handle kitchen duties
- strong leadership qualities
- excellent time management skills

- maintain high food quality standards and ensure seamless service
- support kitchen success by setting performance and profitability goals
- step up to lead the team in the executive chef's absence
- keep records current and submit payroll on time
