Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations with leadership and mentorship under the Executive Chef
  • Prepare a wide range of exquisite dishes from small-batch artisanal creations to large-scale productions
  • Follow complex recipes and contribute to menu planning ensuring diverse culinary offerings including special dietary needs
  • Maintain commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement adhering to highest culinary standards
  • Promote team development fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Deliver high-quality customer service ensuring satisfaction and engagement of residents
