Job Requirements

  • experience working as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
  • strong culinary skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • leadership and team management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • commitment to quality and consistency

Job Qualifications
