Job Duties
- work directly with the director of restaurant and hospitality to ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly
- lead by example in food preparation and kitchen management
- supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and morale
- assist with menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- manage ordering of supplies, food inventory, and budgeting
- maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment
