Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of culinary experience in fine dining
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow recipes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with computerized inventory and ordering systems
- Commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in a fine dining environment within a hotel, restaurant, or private club
- Culinary education preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with computerized inventory and ordering systems
- Knowledge of nutrition, diet, and healthcare is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide leadership in the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Oversee food ordering and inventory management
- Assist with all stages of special event planning
- Develop and execute diverse menus for event dining, catering, a la carte service, and buffet offerings
- Ensure each dish meets high standards of presentation, quality, and proper portioning
- Plan and organize kitchen operations efficiently
- Interpret instructions and follow recipes accurately
