Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience
- At least 1 year of management experience in a kitchen environment
- Passion for culinary arts and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to foster a supportive and engaging team environment
- Openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
- Food safety certification is an advantage
- Legal authorization to work in the USA

- The ability to legally work in the USA
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations through training, mentoring, assisting, and supporting kitchen staff members
- Oversee and manage a high functioning kitchen through food ordering, kitchen cost control, and consistent quality control
- Display your love for the culinary arts through perfect service, unmatched product knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience
- Cultivate an environment of connected, committed collaborations that support a culture of teamwork
