Job Requirements
- proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
- excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- strong leadership and management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent
- degree from a culinary school is a plus

Job Duties
- assist the head chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- assist in menu planning and recipe development
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment
- assist in the preparation of food as needed
