Job Duties
- Assist the Executive chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
