Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for culinary arts and customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Stable employment history showing progression
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week with two days off

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality standards
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a productive and positive environment
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and manage food preparation
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation regulations strictly
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
  • Train and develop team members for career growth
  • Monitor food costs and control waste
