  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Mentor and develop culinary staff
  • Prepare a wide range of dishes including artisanal and large-scale productions
  • Follow complex recipes and contribute to menu planning
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and culinary standards
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
