Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in kitchen supervision
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant education or equivalent experience
- Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Work with Operations and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases accordingly
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
- Partner with Kitchen Manager or General Manager to address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
- Ensure food quality, freshness, presentation, and supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with health regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
