Three Birds is an exciting new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant located in the Dayton area, established by The Idea Collective along with renowned Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, known for his previous successful ventures such as Sueño and Tender Mercy/Dōzo. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of several years' experience in professional kitchens
- ability to manage large kitchen teams
- knowledge of kitchen systems and inventory management
- good physical stamina including ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- punctuality and strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to lead and be led
- commitment to hospitality and teamwork

Job Duties
- Manage a team of 15 or more cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
- bring creativity and new ideas to menu development

- maintain high standards of cooking, flavors, and techniques
- mentor and lead kitchen staff
- take ownership of financial performance and bottom line
