Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations
- create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, training, scheduling and recognition
- maintain food quality and presentation standards
- implement cost control measures and support overall profitability
- support the execution of hotel meal preparation and production
