  • Minimum of two years cooking experience in a professional environment

  • Current ServSafe Certification or Pennsylvania Food Handlers certification

  • Ability to work all stations including expo with confidence
  • Willingness to prepare nutritious and imaginative family meals
  • Competence in food budgeting

  • Knowledge of food safety
  • Ability to educate staff on kitchen practices
