- Experience in high volume, high quality hotel or high-end restaurant

Job Duties
- Prepare or directly supervise daily preparation of all food items
- Manage food production in all club outlets
- Maintain quality, cost, eye appeal, and flavor standards
- Create menu specifications with Executive Chef
- Taste all food items prior to serving
- Create specials and new menu items for buffet and a la carte
- Plan weekly production lists
- Ensure employee adherence to schedules and standards
- Communicate member feedback to Executive Chef
- Train kitchen staff on station standards
- Ensure high quality of food products received
- Enforce sanitation and safety protocols
- Ensure employees complete checklists for their areas
