  • Strong kitchen management skills
  • Front of house experience
  • Experience in high volume, high quality hotel or high-end restaurant

Job Duties

  • Prepare or directly supervise daily preparation of all food items
  • Manage food production in all club outlets
  • Maintain quality, cost, eye appeal, and flavor standards
  • Create menu specifications with Executive Chef
  • Taste all food items prior to serving
  • Create specials and new menu items for buffet and a la carte
  • Plan weekly production lists
  • Ensure employee adherence to schedules and standards
  • Communicate member feedback to Executive Chef
  • Train kitchen staff on station standards
  • Ensure high quality of food products received
  • Enforce sanitation and safety protocols
  • Ensure employees complete checklists for their areas
