Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Proficient in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Supervises specialty restaurant kitchen operations, ensuring seamless culinary artistry and compliance with food and beverage policies
- Creates captivating dining experiences through meticulous management of food quantities and artistic plating
- Collaborates with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Culinary Supervisors to harmonize kitchen operations
- Delivers superior product quality, presentation, and flavors consistently
- Manages purchasing, receiving, and food storage to guarantee freshness and minimal waste
- Implements and enforces strict food handling and sanitation protocols
- Stays up-to-date with OSHA, ASI, Health Department regulations to ensure compliance
- Conducts comprehensive training for restaurant and catering staff
- Drives guest satisfaction and continuous improvement through departmental meetings
- Fosters a culture of open communication, promptly addressing associate feedback and concerns
- Contributes creatively to daily and seasonal menu development
- Utilizes budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports for financial management and resource optimization
