Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a kitchen supervisor
  • experience in a hotel kitchen is a plus

Job Duties

  • Train and inspire kitchen staff to master their craft from plating perfection to kitchen choreography
  • Lead the line by supporting the Executive Chef and taking full charge in their absence
  • Ensure each dish meets high standards of flavor, presentation, and quality
  • Facilitate open and motivating communication between management and kitchen staff
  • Contribute to setting kitchen goals and drive continuous improvement in culinary operations
  • Uphold kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee inventory and assist with menu planning when necessary
