Previous kitchen experience
Ability to work full-time hours

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar kitchen leadership role

Job Duties

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking
Ensure all meals are made from scratch using fresh high-quality ingredients
Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen environment
Uphold food safety standards and comply with all health and safety regulations
Step in for the Head Chef during their absence to ensure consistent kitchen operations
