Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in full-service upscale restaurant management
  • demonstrated passion for quality food and customer service
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • basic accounting knowledge

  • valid food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program
  • lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking recipes and weekly specials
  • train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
  • focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • maintain a sparkling clean kitchen ready for inspections
  • manage and oversee kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
