- Minimum of 2 years experience in full-service upscale restaurant management

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program
- lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking recipes and weekly specials
- train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
- focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- maintain a sparkling clean kitchen ready for inspections
- manage and oversee kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
