Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lead kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to use POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Unexpired AZ Food Manager Certification
  • Ability to pass background check

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • Plan and organize kitchen workflow
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking standards
  • Manage banquet and event food preparation and delivery
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff
  • Address customer concerns and feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies
  • Collaborate on menu development
  • Monitor food costs and budgets
  • Participate in inventory and staff meetings
  • Perform other assigned duties
