Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lead kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to use POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Unexpired AZ Food Manager Certification
- Ability to pass background check

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- Plan and organize kitchen workflow
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Oversee food preparation and cooking standards
- Manage banquet and event food preparation and delivery
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff
- Address customer concerns and feedback
- Conduct performance reviews
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Collaborate on menu development
- Monitor food costs and budgets
- Participate in inventory and staff meetings
- Perform other assigned duties
