Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of scratch cooking and menu costing
- Proven ability to manage multiple service lines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary operations for cafe, catering, pop-ups, and special events ensuring consistency and creativity in all menus
- Support menu development and execution of rotating seasonal offerings, wellness-focused items, and bespoke catering menus
- Supervise and train culinary staff to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and ordering to ensure cost-effective operation
- Partner with front-of-house and catering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold company standards for sustainability, wellness, and culinary innovation
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to deliver exceptional, chef-driven cuisine
