Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling including on-call availability
- Must be able to follow approved recipes and production standards
- Knowledge of corporate, state and federal food safety regulations
- Ability to supervise and train food service associates
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Job Duties
- Help Executive Chef prepare and cook food following approved recipes and production standards
- Coordinate activities of cooks and other food-service associates
- Assume responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling and recommending disciplinary action
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed including proper storage, handling, and presentation of food
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, supplies and workstations
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints and relay relevant information to supervisor
- Monitor inventory, deliveries of products and supplies, and track production, consumption and waste
- Perform other duties as assigned
