Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years culinary and management experience
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks during peak hours
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Three to four years of culinary and management experience
- Proven ability to lead and supervise food service teams
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and associates
- Ability to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday
- Familiarity with inventory management and production tracking
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food following approved recipes and production standards
- Coordinate kitchen activities and supervise hourly food service associates
- Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures in stock storage and preparation areas
- Ensure proper food handling, portion control, presentation, and serving temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Address customer complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Monitor inventory, track production and waste, and communicate supply needs to supervision
