Job Qualifications
- culinary education and/or on the job training
- experience in hotel culinary operations preferred

- strong training and mentoring skills
Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations in the absence of the executive chef
- assist in building the hotel kitchen from the ground up
- maintain a work environment that promotes teaching and mentoring
- oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner services at the hotel’s signature and rooftop restaurants
- coordinate banquet and catering functions
- ensure quality control and consistency of all food products
- support senior leadership with basic management responsibilities
