  • strong training and mentoring skills

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen operations in the absence of the executive chef
  • assist in building the hotel kitchen from the ground up
  • maintain a work environment that promotes teaching and mentoring
  • oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner services at the hotel’s signature and rooftop restaurants
  • coordinate banquet and catering functions
  • ensure quality control and consistency of all food products
  • support senior leadership with basic management responsibilities
