Job Requirements

  • Pass required security clearance in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and physically lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach
  • Ability to see and hear clearly
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience managing at least three associates
  • Experience with following standard recipes
  • Skilled in food ordering, pricing, and inventory control
  • Prior experience with chain food and retail outlets preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls related to labor and cost management
  • Competency using property management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Supervise personnel including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Oversee budget performance and financial controls
  • Maintain and ensure the upkeep of equipment
  • Prepare, set-up, and serve menu items as required
  • Implement safety, health, and OSHA standards in all operations
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other department heads
