Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen management role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to handle kitchen environment demands
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Kansas City MO 64112
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef in planning food preparation and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to recipes and cooking techniques
- Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
- Participate in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus
- Maintain high standards of food quality taste and presentation at all times
- Assist in managing kitchen schedules and staff assignments to optimize workflow
