Job Duties
- Create unique guest culinary experiences
- Assist executive chef in building hotel kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen in the absence of the executive chef
- Maintain work environment focused on teaching and mentoring
- Ensure use of top-quality ingredients
- Oversee food production in signature, rooftop, banquet, in-room dining, and staff cafeteria kitchens
- Support senior leadership with management responsibilities
