Job Duties

  • Create unique guest culinary experiences
  • Assist executive chef in building hotel kitchen operations
  • Manage kitchen in the absence of the executive chef
  • Maintain work environment focused on teaching and mentoring
  • Ensure use of top-quality ingredients
  • Oversee food production in signature, rooftop, banquet, in-room dining, and staff cafeteria kitchens
  • Support senior leadership with management responsibilities
