Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years culinary experience
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass pre-hire health assessment
  • Successful completion of drug and tobacco screening
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience as a sous chef or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutritional requirements

Job Duties

  • Support executive chef in kitchen operations
  • Mentor and train culinary staff
  • Oversee meal production in multiple dining venues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Prepare high-quality hot and cold meals
  • Cater to specialized dietary needs and modified diets
  • Maintain cleanliness and minimize food waste
