Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years culinary experience
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass pre-hire health assessment
- Successful completion of drug and tobacco screening
- Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks
Job Qualifications
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a sous chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Support executive chef in kitchen operations
- Mentor and train culinary staff
- Oversee meal production in multiple dining venues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Prepare high-quality hot and cold meals
- Cater to specialized dietary needs and modified diets
- Maintain cleanliness and minimize food waste
