Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in culinary or food service management
  • Valid SERV-SAFE certification or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with systems like ADP and DSSI
  • Adherence to company and local health codes and personal hygiene policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Mid-level experience of 3-5 years in food service management, culinary arts, or hospitality
  • SERV-SAFE certified or equivalent food handling/sanitation licenses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Capable of efficient and proper communication
  • Basic to advanced cooking and meal preparation skills
  • Understanding of service techniques and requirements
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, or schedule instructions

Job Duties

  • Assist in the oversight of daily kitchen operations
  • Work with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality and kitchen cleanliness
  • Supervise culinary staff positions
  • Perform Executive Chef duties in their absence
  • Oversee meal production and special events for quality assurance
  • Prepare meals from standardized recipes
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock organization
