Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in culinary or food service management
- Valid SERV-SAFE certification or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with systems like ADP and DSSI
- Adherence to company and local health codes and personal hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Mid-level experience of 3-5 years in food service management, culinary arts, or hospitality
- SERV-SAFE certified or equivalent food handling/sanitation licenses
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Capable of efficient and proper communication
- Basic to advanced cooking and meal preparation skills
- Understanding of service techniques and requirements
- Ability to interpret written, oral, or schedule instructions
Job Duties
- Assist in the oversight of daily kitchen operations
- Work with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality and kitchen cleanliness
- Supervise culinary staff positions
- Perform Executive Chef duties in their absence
- Oversee meal production and special events for quality assurance
- Prepare meals from standardized recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock organization
