Job Requirements
- proven experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort
- strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- proven ability to develop team
- knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties
- support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals
- ensure delivery of high-quality and great-tasting food
- uphold food safety and sanitation procedures
- contribute to building top line sales and guest count through excellent team member and guest experience
- assist in menu execution with excellence
- manage quality in all job aspects
- support the development and mentoring of culinary team members
