Job Requirements
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of progressive culinary experience
- Culinary graduate with at least 2 years hotel-related experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Familiarity with health department rules and regulations
- Understanding of liquor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensure all meals from the kitchen meet quality, consistency, eye appeal, taste and food cost standards
- Provide training for kitchen staff
- Meet corporate quality standards
- Establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation protocols
- Control food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production areas
- Respond to guest complaints promptly
