Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen team and manage food quality and standards
  • Inspire and motivate the kitchen team to achieve loyalty and retention
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety regulations
  • Manage supply chain and stock control effectively
  • Control food margin within set targets
  • Coordinate and manage all resources to meet P&L targets
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction
