Job Duties

  • Help Executive Chef prepare and cook foods
  • cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews
  • store food following all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
  • maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner
  • demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain to associates and customers
  • monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
  • track product production, consumption, and waste
  • perform other duties as assigned
