Job Duties
- Help Executive Chef prepare and cook foods
- Coordinate activities of cooks and food-service associates
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations
- Store food following corporate, state, and federal food safety procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints
