Job Duties

  • Help Executive Chef prepare and cook foods
  • Coordinate activities of cooks and food-service associates
  • Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations
  • Store food following corporate, state, and federal food safety procedures
  • Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints
